• 100% refundable if cancelled 90 days or more prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable thereafter.

Terms & Conditions:

• We require a $50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival which is also the cancellation policy.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• December 18-25, 2023 – 5 night minimum
• Arrivals December 26 and 27 – 10 night minimum
• December 28 – January 6 – 7 night minimum
