Cancelation Policies::

Terms and Conditions:

▪️ Room rates are quoted in USD, based on single or double occupancy per room, per night, inclusive of daily breakfast for two, and are subject to 16% Federal Tax off room rate and service charge, 4% State tax, 15% Service Charge & an environmental tax fee ( DSA), of $36.31 MXN per room, per night is applicable and this will be billed upon check out folio.

▪️ 2 nights deposit required at the time of booking: remaining balance due by July 1st, 2023

▪️ The reservation cancellation policy requires you notify us by Sep 1st, 2022 to avoid a penalty fee. in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, penalty of 100% of total room charges will apply. Early departures from the resort are subject to full penalty charge.

▪️ Maximum occupancy for all rooms and suites is for 2 adults and 2 children under 11 years old, or a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child with an additional charge of $110 USD plus 16% Federal Tax, 4% State tax & 15% Service Charge to the rates provided.
