Cancelation Policies:

• Cancellations for travel dates December 18, 2023, through January 02, 2024
• Guest Rooms and Suites: becomes non-refundable on September 15, 2023. Changing your dates within the cancellation period will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire stay. Shortening your stay within the cancellation period will result in full responsibility of the nights canceled.

• Cancellations for travel dates December 17, 2023, through January 02, 2024
• Guest Rooms and Suites:
• A deposit equal to two nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first and last nights of the stay, will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking which becomes non-refundable on September 15, 2023. The remaining deposit covering all nights reserved will be charged on September 15, 2023, and they will become non-refundable. Changing your dates within the cancellation period will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire stay. Shortening your stay within the cancellation period will result in full responsibility of the nights canceled.
• Residences:
• A deposit equal to three nights’ room rate plus tax, will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking which becomes non-refundable on July 01, 2023 The remaining deposit covering all nights reserved will be charged on July 01, 2023, and they will become non-refundable. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Changing your dates within the cancellation period will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire stay. Shortening your stay within the cancellation period will result in full responsibility of the nights canceled.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• December 17 – 23, 2023: Rooms: 3 nights | Suites: 5 nights | Residences: 7 nights
• December 24 – Jan 1, 2024: Rooms: 5 nights | Suites: 7 nights | Residences: 10 nights
