• A deposit for one night will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date for full deposit refund. Any modification in length of stay is subject to a rate change.
• Christmas/New Year’s Eve Week:
• A deposit for 50% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for full deposit refund. Any modification in length of stay is subject to a rate change.
