2023 FESTIVE SEASON NET RATES & CONDITIONS

Please be advised the Festive rates for the 2023 period will be forthcoming. Please be advised that NET rates are not offered from December 24 – January 2. Rates are commissionable at 10% over this period.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation should be received by Friday, July 14th, 2023, to receive a refund for the initial deposit.
• From July 15th thru September 28th, a two (2) nights (including taxes and fees) cancellation charge would apply.
• From Friday, September 29th, 2023 onwards, the full deposit of the total stay will be considered non-refundable.

Deposit policy:

• Initial Two (2) nights plus 20% taxes and 15% service charge is required at the time of booking which will be considered refundable until Friday, July 14th 2023. Four (4) night deposit is required for reservations of 11 nights or more.
• The balance of the full payment will be charged by Friday, September 29th, 2023.
• Reservations made within 90 days of arrival will require the full payment of the total stay.
