• CHRISTMAS -Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
• Prior to Arrival: We require 50% deposit at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required by September 1st, 2023 and is fully non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes made after September 1st will result in cancellation penalty of full room and tax for all confirmed nights.
• After Arrival: The nightly rate will be charged for any confirmed room nights that are cancelled.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any loss of deposit.
