Cancelation Policies:

• 20% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 10 months and 121 days or arrival
• 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 120 days of arrival

Minimum Length of Stay:

• 5 nights stay minimum for our one bedroom villa

Terms and Conditions:

• 20% of the total amount is to be received at the time of booking, non refundable deposit
• 80% of the total amount is required no later than 120 days prior to arrival along with the detailed guest information form
• Payment, by wire transfer or credit card, is required in euros and must cover the total amount of the invoice
• Bank fees cannot be retained from the payment. If any, bank fees will be deducted from the agent commission amount.
• Final confirmation will be provided once the stay has been fully prepaid
